Job Summary
- Responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activities
- This position through mentoring and training will also help the development of the capability within the warehouse department group
- Establishes, publishes and maintain policies and procedures relative to the scope of the production activity
- Orients employees on job duties and responsibilities and explain job performance and standards
- Ensures employees’ compliance to company rules and regulations as well as operational policies and procedures
- Ensures that staff are updated on new procedures, products and events
- Motivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards
Minimum Qualifications
- Position requires the full knowledge of warehousing principles and application normally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Business field.
- Must have full knowledge of warehouse management and inventory controls
- Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse operations preferably in a retail set-up
