Job Summary

Responsible for effectively resolve, manage, control, monitor and upgrade day to day warehousing functions and activities
This position through mentoring and training will also help the development of the capability within the warehouse department group
Establishes, publishes and maintain policies and procedures relative to the scope of the production activity
Orients employees on job duties and responsibilities and explain job performance and standards
Ensures employees’ compliance to company rules and regulations as well as operational policies and procedures
Ensures that staff are updated on new procedures, products and events
Motivates employees by providing guidance and counseling through discussion of expectations and performance standards

Position requires the full knowledge of warehousing principles and application normally acquired through the attainment of a Bachelor’s degree in Business field.
Must have full knowledge of warehouse management and inventory controls
Must have at least two (2) years of supervisory experience in all aspects of warehouse operations preferably in a retail set-up
