Training Officer

Job Summary

Responsible for developing and administering training programs for employees, assesses training and development needs for organizations, helps individuals and groups develop skills and knowledge, creates training manuals, presents in-person training sessions, conducts post training measures for effectiveness and positive changes in employee performance that may be attributed to training.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Mass Communication, Marketing or its equivalent
  • Audio, Video and electronics knowledge is an advantage
  • At least three (3) years of work experience handling and facilitating soft skills training programs, product training and leadership training in a managerial capacity.
  • With excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to conduct a Company wide training needs analysis
  • Can effectively diagnose performance and organizational development concerns that can be answerable by training and developmental programs
  • With effective platform and teaching competencies
  • Must be computer literate and technology savvy particularly in multi-media and other MS Office applications for training materials and slide presentations
