Technical Manager

Job Summary

The Technical Network and Programming Manager works directly with the Technical Team, providing guidance, leadership and direct supervision. This position is responsible in overseeing all of the status of installation in the field and ensuring that all technical staff are complying as per Technical/Service Excellence and Quality guidelines to guarantee client/customer satisfaction. The position also serves to oversee technical associates conducting after-sales coordination, analysis and recommendation.

Minimum Qualifications

· Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Information Technology or Engineering courses.
· Must have at least one (1) year experience in leading Customer Service in a Technical environment
· Client Relations is a plus or experience with direct Customer/ Client Interaction is an added advantage
· Must be Service and Customer oriented team player.
· Technical orientation and ability desired but not required
· Flexible, self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced and culturally dynamic organization
· Must be adept in handling difficult situations and able to handle customer complaints
· Must have the ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Negotiation and motivational leadership skills is a plus
· Must be able to demonstrate guidance, proper/ effective communication, control and direction as well initiative to improve business processes
· The candidate should have networking and programming knowledge.
