Job Summary
Responsible for driving sales through fulfilling online dealer’s policies and maintaining the product availability. Suggest depletion support slow moving products. All initiatives and processes of this position are intended to maximize revenue opportunities with our channel partners / dealers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Candidate must have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or its equivalent
- With at least one (1) year of experience in online sales, email, phone and live chat support, customer service, sales, billing and technical support.
- With strong verbal and written communication and comprehension skills
- Must be Computer Literate and technology savvy with knowledge on all MS Office applications, internet and online sales processes.
- With good problem solving and critical thinking skills with focus on issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Excellent calendaring, organizing, delegating, and coordinating skills
